I hold some Ethereum that I'd like to convert into Bitcoin, but going through an exchange to sell to USD first then buy BTC seems wasteful with fees. Is there a direct swap option somewhere? Also, I heard some crypto platforms just got major EU licenses – does that actually matter for regular users?
