I tried upgrading last month to see if it helped. The biggest benefit for me was seeing who liked my profile first. It saves you from endless swiping every night. Being able to undo accidental left swipes is also super handy. I read a review on Hily that broke down the perks. If you date often, it is worth testing.

Depends on the platform honestly. For some apps the free tier is perfectly fine if you're patient, but premium features like unlimited swipes or seeing who liked you do speed things up. I tried a couple and found the paid versions were worth it short-term, maybe a month or two, just to get started.
