The other cars that I've owned over the years:

1954 GMC

1963 Corvair Monza
1969 VW Bus
1972 Chevy Vega
1973 Super Beetle
1973 Datsun pickup truck
1976 Chevy LWB pickup truck
1976 Mazda Rotary Pickup truck
1976 Plymouth Volare Sport
1979 Chevy Monte Carlo
2008 Dodge Avenger (current)

As you can see there is no theme with the cars that I've owned. It's generally what strikes me as cool at the moment.

We both have owned a '63 Corvair Monza!  What are the odds of that?  Was yours a convertible, like mine?

In fact, I just last week I communicated with the guy I sold that car to, and he not only still has it, he still loves it.  Glad it got a good home.

Nope, mine was the coupe with a 3 speed manual. My brother had a 62 coupe with the powerglide and my sister had a 65 four door hardtop with powerglide.

3 Vairs in the family? All at the same time? Were they all garaged at the same residence, or was this after you and your siblings had moved out of the childhood home?

My brother and sister had theirs at home at the same time.  Mine was years later.
