We took part in The Milwaukee Masterpiece Car Show "Club Day" this past weekend. It was an interesting experience.
The venue, being at Veteran's Park on the lakefront is fantastic. The weather was great. The cars on the show field were a notch or two above those seen at the normal-run-of-the-mill show. The participants and spectators were more than car knowledgeable, and friendly.
All in all, it was good experience. I have never been to a car show where wine was being sold, as well as chef salads. It is usually beer/soda and hotdogs and hamburgers!
My one question revolves around the reasonablility of a $15 entrance fee for spectators!

Sectator fees such as these are means of keeping out the undesireables, I guess? Of course, no one would never admit to that being the purpose behind them!
