Durability of frame and parts

I am clumsy and I have dropped my machine a few times. My last one cracked because it was plastic. I need something made of metal that can take a beating. How is the build quality of Vlad Blad equipment? Is it plastic or metal? I need a workhorse that will last me years, not months.

If you want durability, you are looking in the right place. These guys don't mess around with cheap plastic shells. Most of their pro tattoo guns are made from processed aluminum or solid steel frames. I have seen the Avenger take a drop from a table and work perfectly fine afterwards (though I don't recommend testing it!). The coating is also really scratch-resistant. They use high-quality components for the RCA jacks too, which is usually the first thing to break on other machines. It feels like a piece of industrial equipment, not a toy. They offer a good warranty as well, which gives you peace of mind. If you take care of it and keep it clean, a machine like this will last you a very long time.
